Jen Cannon, the current Regional Administrator for the North, has decided to leave England Hockey to pursue an alternative career.

I am sure you will all join me in thanking Jen for her work whilst in post, and wish her luck for the future.

In the meantime, the position of Regional Administrator for the North is being advertised, and the details are below.

Regional Administrator – North Region
Based at Silcoates School, Wakefield

Salary: 12 – 16k (dependent on experience)

England Hockey is seeking to appoint a Regional Administrator for its North office based at Silcoates School, Wakefield.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Manager
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries in the regional office

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to any regional enquiries by phone, fax, email and post
  • Work closely with, and support, Regional Manager in delivery of work programme
  • Process written information and distribute this to key partners
  • Promote and market the work of England Hockey through e-mails and newsletters
  • Establish and maintain any regional databases and an efficient filing system
  • Manage the administration systems in the regional office
  • Administration of coach, umpire and other education courses
  • General Administration
  • Control / order office stationery
