The North Hockey Youth Panel is group of ten young people who are responsible for assisting and advising the North Hockey Association in areas relating to youth development and education. The panel is made up of young people aged between 16 – 25.

The North Hockey Youth Panel is based on the National Panel, the England Hockey Board Youth Panel and meets around 5 times a year.

As a Panel our main responsibility is to organise the North School Minis and Club Minis Regional Festivals. We also aim to:

• Help develop youth hockey in the North region
• Raise and develop the profile of leadership and technical officiating in young people
• Encourage and support youth hockey in the North
• Review how new policies and procedures are likely to affect young people

Positions Available!
We are looking for 4 new members to join our panel in the North region who would like to have a chance to have their voices heard as part of youth hockey. Being part of the Panel is exciting, fun and very rewarding.
Are you passionate about hockey?
Are you passionate about developing hockey in the North Region?
Have you completed the England Hockey Leadership Award or equivalent?
Do you have an interest in leadership or event management?
Are you interested in learning more about technical officiating?
